Of course, Jo Malone did not hold back with the brilliant Blossoms collection. I’m confident when I say that it did not disappoint.

This new collection was made for all ages. The floral scents are not overpowering – they are just the right amount. But at the same time, they smell like authentic blossoms – not at all musky, very fresh. If fun and playful were fragrances, the new collection would be the perfect manifestation of this.

Happy new year, SS Readers!

Another year has begun which means everyone gets another fresh start. This 2018, we are all blessed with new opportunities to grab and chances to take. For some, they'll finally be getting that dream car they've been wanting or that necklace they've been saving up for. Others are planning more exciting trips with friends and family, while some others are working even harder to develop their best skills and talents.

Whatever we choose to do, we're all going places.

I also have some personal goals that I have set for myself this year. Most of them are related to college and improving relationships with other people, but one thing I want to commit to is to set time to exploring every little bit of this planet we live in. I want to travel and discover more - both accidentally and on purpose - to add more to my list of experiences and of course, awareness! :)

Luckily, I have my trusty pair of Butterfly Twists flats to accompany me on some of my not-so-walk-friendly journeys! I featured one of their classic pairs in a previous post on the blog, but I can't help but rave about how good they are on this one too! <3

Take a look at some photos I grabbed during my quick visit to BGC!

Here is a close up photo of the Holly in Slate (Php2,599). This silver shade just looked so classy and easy to style with any casual outfit. I just paired my jeans with my Twists and it instantly gave the outfit a style boost! :) I also find the shape of the tip very elegant but edgy at the same time. It's beautiful, isn't it?

Butterfly Twists have undeniably pretty pieces, but not a lot of people know that their flats come with a lot of comfort too. I can walk for hours, be goofy, and still go home with unwounded heels. My Holly pair definitely had my back (and feet)!

I would surely recommend Butterfly Twists to all the travelers out there! Their flats are light, comfortable and very easy to pack.

On nights out, you can also keep your Twists folded and stored safely inside your bag. Each pair comes with a little black pouch where you can place your flats in to keep the soles from touching other items in your purse.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post as much as I did! <3 Once again, happy new year to all my readers and I wish you all a blessed 2018! <3

Hi, SS Readers! Today's post won't be too long since it is really just an outfit post, but I wanted to give you guys a little background story of why I was able to take these photos in the first place. :)

It was the 17th so Miguel decided we should do something special. Since we're always just going to malls, or places around the city, we realized it would be a great day to explore and go to one of the places we've always wanted to see - the Pinto Art Museum! It's located in Antipolo but with hardly any traffic, we got there in no time!

For me, the Pinto Art Museum was a great escape - from all the loud noises of the city, the never-ending school work and just the everyday hustle and bustle of life. It was all so natural. Miguel and I really enjoyed scanning through the art galleries and of course, taking our Instagram-worthy shots of and with each other! :)

Don't you guys just love how different this top looks? Of course, it's Romwe! Denim has been really in nowadays so when I saw it on the site - it was an instant yes for me :>

The back detail is what really gets me. I mean, look at those ribbons! I felt like I was a gift being wrapped by this beautiful top. A good kind of gift, of course!

If you guys have been seeing me in cute shirts in school, they're most probably from Romwe. They have the best choices for everyday wear and even for nights out. Go check them out now!

I hope you guys liked this quick but fun post!

There's always something exciting about going shopping. Whenever I go out to pick out a new dress or even just an accessory to match an ootd, I am THRILLED. It's as if my personal battery pack gets automatically recharged once I know I'm paying a visit to some of my favorite stores. I get excited even if I don't end up buying anything! 😛

Maybe it's the ambiance of the mall that keeps me in such a happy state, maybe it's something else. But whatever it is, Call It Spring's Call It Retro shopping party gave me just the boost I was expecting. There was so much in store for those of us who came and if I may say, I think it could be one of my most enjoyable events to date!

Last November 11, 2017, Call It Spring took us back to the retro and vintage era classics . I love how the place really gave off the groovy vibes and everyone was just having so much fun! There was music, dancing, games, and prizes - how could one not enjoy?!

See how happy I was at the Call It Retro event by scrolling through the photos below <3

This was the super cute photo booth they had. We could choose from colored, black and white, or sepia prints so that was pretty unique! :)

With the gorgeous and talented DJ Luane! <3

I think I felt the retro vibes way too much with these shades! :>

Don't worry boys, there are a lot of options for you guys too! I was actually pleasantly surprised to see how many fresh new designs Call It Spring has for men. Would really recommend for the boys to check it out! :)

How lovely are these?

30 % off for this cute tote? It's a steal!

Thank you for my the sweet treats, Call It Spring! Had such a hard time picking out what I wanted but it was sooo worth it! <3

I'll show you guys what I got next time! :)

Don't forget to check out Call It Spring at Greenbelt 3! A great shopping experience awaits you...

When style and class meet, you know Rustan's has got something to do with it. Since the 1950s, the prestigious company has continued to provide an avenue for Filipinos to experience everything that is truly world class. Rustan's has an eye for all things beautiful - from grand weddings to sophisticated gift wrapping to exquisitely-designed clothing. It's no wonder that 65 years later, Rustan's still continues to shine above the rest.

Last October 10, 2017, at the Manila Peninsula Rigodon Ballroom, Rustan's celebrated their 65 years of success through a Sapphire ball featuring Tadashi Shoji's Fall 2017 collection. Tadashi Shoji is an LA-based Japanese designer, who shares a similar vision with Rustan's by "being a lifestyle brand that embraces luxury for the everyday and celebrates a woman's mysterious allure and femininity". In this collection, he showcased a variety of dresses, each designed with a different play of texture; there were intricate laces, bold embroidery, flowing velvet dresses and so much more. As each model passed by, a sense of something new was created and felt.

The short program was hosted by two of the Philippines's most iconic figures, Ms. Tessa Prieto Valdes and Mr. Tim Yap.

Let the show begin!

It's Mr. Tadashi Shoji himself! Walking together with him down the runway is his sweet little girl. :)

It was all a success! Many thanks to SSI Group for inviting me to this grand celebration. <3

I hope you guys enjoyed this post!
