I admit it - I have fallen in love with makeup. Tapping in pigmented shadow and lining the top of my eye lids have always lit up my mood. I personally love trying on new products and not just sticking with what I have already discovered. I'll never know - there might be something better out there. :) Makeup is all about exploring what works best for you and looking for the right tools, which enhance your hidden features. The problem is... sometimes I don't know where to start.
What kind of lipstick should I use for everyday wear? Am I using the right brush? How can I keep my skin healthy even if I often use makeup? I'm sure you've got questions too. Lucky for us though, we can leave it to The Makeup Addicts to have all our answers! :)
Last April 26, 2016, Katrina Ponce-Enrile, Kris Ponce-Enrile and Bianca Cabildo Jackes launched their beauty blog "The Makeup Addicts" in Green Sun, Makati City. Every corner of the place featured some of the top makeup brands (Inglot, Makeup Forever, etc.) and showed guests what's hot in the beauty world. Near the entrance, a stash of eyeshadow palettes, lipsticks, mascaras, and more sat like royalty inside their free-standing glass cases. Although the place was arguably makeup dream land, my favorite part of the set-up was what stood in the center - a posh couch, a standing mirror, and a tub filled with balloons! :) How could one resist taking a million photos with that kind of arrangement?
The program started with Tiana Ponce-Enrile jamming to some of today's best music. Truly, her voice did those songs justice. :) To formally introduce the women behind The Makeup Addicts, host Bianca Valerio directed the crowd to the screen so that everyone could watch their official video. It was just so impressive - I enjoyed every bit of it! A fashion show followed soon after, with flawless models and the beauty junkies' gorgeous muses, Gretchen Barretto and Kiana Valenciano, killing the cat walk.
